Barnacle

We brewed to celebrate our seventh anniversary, 14 Feb 2026, because we LOVE brewing with rye grain, and this is our seventh rye beer – what a RYE’D it has been so far!  We did a double mash / double brew day and brewed this in conjunction with our Bos’n Lager and hopped it like an American barleywine (think Bigfoot). We named it “Barnacle,” because not only is barnacle fun to say, but it is the tough shell that clings to ships and marine life, representing the lessons and stories we have picked up along the way.  CHEERS!
